• Full refund available if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking but at least 14 days prior to check-in result in a 50% refund.
• Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
